The missing links between idea and success (they’re both boring!)
People have big goals. We, too, have big goals. If you have a look at this “big” it is often some kind of “wide”. People want to achieve A, B, C and of course D.
“I want to offer 1on1 coaching, workshops, sell this physical product, and build an online course!”
We enjoy thinking big, and we enjoy ambitious people. So nothing is wrong with building an empire. As long as there are priorities and as long as they’re in order.
There’s no lack of ideas in this world, and most of the time there’s not even a lack of skills. There is a lack of proper execution!
Good execution means prioritization and persistence.
Focus. Especially if you start from scratch, focus on one thing.
Have an amazing 1 on1 coaching product before you launch your workshops.
Have an incredibly well worked out Avatar that is a representative of your target audience.
Have your communication aligned with that Avatar.
Have a sales page that is convincing.
Have your Avatar buy your product.
Have a feedback channel set up that allows you to talk to your Avatar.
And in this process you’ll find out one thing: you probably won’t nail it the first time. You’ll have to reiterate or pivot your approaches and ideas. And then you’ll thank us that you only have to work on one sales page rather than five.
